Surround yourself with happy cheerful people. It has been proven that smiling and laughing have the ability to decrease wrinkle formation, allowing you to look young longer. Spend time with those
that make you laugh, rather than negative people who bring you down.
Keeping hormones in the proper balance is a key anti-growing older strategy for both men and women. Hormonal imbalances can cause insomnia, depression and weight gain as we get older. Any of these
three problems can lead to more problems, which can really have some negative impacts. Talk to a doctor to see how to keep your hormones balanced in your golden years.
